Struggling to Keep or Put on Muscle During Quarantine?

Is it true that you can not see those gains without a gym? In some cases yes, but let me explain the journey on how I was able to gain 7 pounds in just 8 weeks and how you could to! Many people think that it is impossible to gain muscle without weights, well you know what I say to that? BS! It is a huge problem if you let the fact that no weights equals no gains.

If you think that gaining weight is only done in the gym you are doing yourself a huge disservice. Here are a few reasons why, one you will never work out at home or without weights because what’s the point right? You will never save the extra time and money of driving to the gym, because that just seems impossible right? Well I am here to tell you that it totally is possible! With just a few habits put in place you could start seeing results in the next week! Here are some of the following steps I took in order to see these results.

1.Reps Until Failure

This is very important because this is the quickest and one of the most efficient ways of seeing gains quickly. When doing reps until failure you are actually pumping maximum blood into that specific area. This inflames the muscle due to high stress on it which is good for the time being when trying to add muscle. Keep the reps slow and at steady pace and really focus on which muscle you are training. When doing it slowly and until failure, this inclines muscle growth by almost 9 percent which is an insane amount of muscle by just doing something this simple.

2.Cold Showers

Cold showers are essential and they have many benefits, besides keeping the inflation down throughout your body. This could help with the immune system, stress and anxiety, skin care. What cold showers do is it shocks the central nervous system to get your body into a hyperactive state. This will eventually leave a calming sensation within your muscles allowing them to heal at a lot quicker pace, which will allow for quicker results in muscle growth.

3. Build up those Calories!

During a time like this when you are stuck at home, it is essential to be able to maximize your calories as much as possible if trying to gain weight. With a prober balance of amino acids, carbs and fibers you can see some quick impact. I am currently eating close to 4,000 calories a day just to bulk up with a combination of supplements and foods. A supplement I strongly recommend is super mass, it has great reviews online and when I tried it out, I saw some great results in a very short amount of time.

Those were just three of the ways and essentially some of the most important ways to gain muscle without ever stepping foot into a gym. Save your money, save your gas, stay home, and see those gains!
